1. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all items within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation for customers located within Accra and 48 hours across major cities in Ghana including Kumasi, Tarkoradi, Cape Coast. Our delivery window may vary depending on factors such as the time of day an order is placed, product availability, and local delivery logistics.
2. Delivery Exceptions
While we make every effort to meet the 24-hour delivery goal, we cannot always guarantee delivery within this time frame due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road closures
- Delivery service disruptions
- Unforeseen technical issues
- Local or national holidays
In the event of delays or disruptions, we will do our best to notify you promptly and provide an updated estimated delivery window.
3. Liability for Delays
Sparkle Gifts will not be held liable for any delay in delivery that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events that disrupt our supply chain or logistics partners. We encourage customers to contact us for updates if a delay occurs.
4. Delivery Coverage
Currently, our delivery service is limited to Accra. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will notify customers if delivery options become available in additional regions.
5. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Upon successful delivery, we will send a delivery confirmation notification to the email address provided at checkout. While we are unable to provide real-time tracking for most orders, you will be notified once your order has been delivered.
6. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are included in the price of certain promotional offers or as a separate charge, depending on the total value and nature of the order. Any applicable delivery fees in Accra will be clearly stated at checkout before confirming your purchase. Additional delivery fees for cities outside Accra are applicable and will be communicated separately. In the event of a return or cancellation, the delivery fee may be refunded in certain cases, subject to our return policy.
7. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
