Delivery and Return
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery takes 1 business day. Same day express delivery is available within Accra and next day in Kumasi and other major cities. Delivery times may vary based on location and order size, but we’ll always provide tracking information to keep you updated on your order's status.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, you can choose your preferred delivery date. Indicate on your Cart page or during checkout, and we’ll ensure your order is delivered on your preferred date.
Do you deliver anywhere in Ghana?
Currently, we deliver in Accra and Kumasi, and other major cities in Ghana including Cape Coast and Tarkoradi upon request When in doubt don't to hesitate to speak to our support staff and we will be happy to help.
Do you deliver directly to the recipient?
We deliver to the recipient's address i.e. right at their doorstep within Accra. Indicate the right phone number at checkout and we will arrange to have it delivered. For packages to Kumasi and other major cities in Ghana we deliver to the STC/VIP stations for recipient to pick. We are working on providing doorstep delivery in cities outside Accra in future.
Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your purchase and offer a simple 'what you order is what you receive policy'. However, in an unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 2 days of receiving them. Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for returns unless there is a defect. Please contact our support team for assistance with returns, and we’ll be happy to help
Can I track my order?
While tracking is not available at the moment, we will notify you promptly as soon as your order has been delivered.

Are my payments secure?
Yes, payments are processed securely through Paystack, a trusted and reliable payment gateway, ensuring your transaction is safe and encrypted. You can make payments via Mobile Money, Visa, MasterCard, Bank transfer and via ApplePay
What payment methods are accepted?

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)
At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Mobile Money and digital wallets.
Will I receive a payment confirmation
